Close your account or delete an organization yourself
Leaving should not need a support ticket.

TL;DR
Account settings can now close your account, and takes the organization with it when nobody else is left in it. Organization settings lets an admin delete the whole organization — projects, API keys and request history — at once. Both ask you to type the name or your email first, and both are immediate and permanent.

Closing an account removes you; if you were the last member of an organization, the organization goes too, because an organization with no members can't be reached by anyone. Deleting an organization is for admins and removes it outright; anyone still in it keeps their sign-in and starts over.
Neither is a one-click button: you type the organization's name or your own email to confirm. Deletion can't be undone — not by you and not by us — so collect what you want to keep first: stored results can be fetched with GET /result/:token for 30 days after they were generated.
